The Frame Perfect Process
How does it work?
1 - Sign Up to the eSports Athletic Club
Signing up with a one-time purchase will start the process of us getting to know you. You’ll start the process on receiving your workout plan and engaging with other gamers like you.
2 - Fill Out Your Assessment & Receive Your Workout Plan
After joining, we’ll send you a self assessment to understand your personal goals. We’ll also understand your environment and what equipment is available to you. You can also note any existing conditions you may have or injuries you suffer from so we can incorporate that into your custom fitness routine!
Our certified trainer will create a 12-week workout plan based on the initial information you provided in your assessment.
3 - Join the Member’s Only Channels
Members get access to member’s-only channels where you can get answers to questions, get form checks on lifts, and stay accountable with other gamers. Other gamers like you share their stories, diets, music, and much more. You’ll find community here with other members that have exceeded on their fitness journey.
